GENERAL RETURN POLICY


If the product will be refund, returned or exchanged there will be charge on Shipping Fee of Rs,99

Return Handling Fee of Rs,149 per item, and Restocking Fee of Rs,349 per item, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.


Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are: depended which products


 1. There is only one time return policy for all the products.

2. Customers can return their order within 3 days from the date of delivery of the order. For customised/personalised orders there is no returns.

3. All returns must be in unused condition with all original packaging intact.

4. Customer should self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

You can return your order within 3 days from order delivery. For more details refer FAQ’s. There is only one time return policy but for specialized products there is no return.

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

1. You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 3 days of its date of delivery.

2. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address in order to place the order & ask for a refund.

How long does the refund procedure take?

1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will be transferred in your bank account within 7working days.



Where should I return my product?

The courier charges will be beared by the customers. You can also send the product to us at the given address provided below.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.

2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

EXCHANGE POLICY


Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 3 days. Exchanges exceeding 3 days will not be processed. 


If customer recieves a defective products they need to get in touch with us in 3 days and we will exchange the product in 5-11 business days


In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:


Product must be returned in its original packaging


Product wasn't used or damaged


Product must include original tags (if applicable)


Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase


You are required to ship back the product if .


You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.


You are given the rights to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.


Unfortunately, product that were marked as a gift when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
